Smokey was purchased from an auction back in October of 2021. We have tried everything to get him to tame down but he refuses. He was surgically DNA sexed as male a few months ago. He prefers to sit in his cage all day even with the door wide open. He talks up a storm! He says all kinds of words and phrases. Smokey would do best in a one bird house. We were told he was 8 years old when we bought him. If we get him out of the cage, he does like to go for car rides and will sit on top of the carrier....
