Meet Jasper!
A beautiful 15 year old Turquoise faced amazon parrot. He’s very smart, sweet, and loving. It took a team to rescue him from his terrible neglected conditions after his owner passed away years ago. With a lot of love for the next month (and a proper diet) he is now trusting humans again! He still has a way to go in training but he’s definitely a fast learner!

Jasper is a very sweet bird that likes to bark and even ring his bell for attention.... (read more) he has a beautiful set of feathers and he’s very spoiled! we also think that he has some kind of ‘birthmark’ on his right eye that makes him very unique! (we don’t think it’s any sort of blindness since he can still detect movement with his eye)

Amazon parrots make excellent parrots if known how to treat/train properly, bigger bird experience would be great for his situation!
