Was partially hand raised but needs someone to spend time with her. Not DNA tested but hasn't talked yet, just sings beautifully. Spirited personality, loves attention and playing. Will not ship. Option to purchase her large flight cage with all her toys for an additional $100. Located in Boardman, OR.
