Monkey is a young male cockatiel who was given as a Christmas present to our young daughter. She simply wasn’t ready for the responsibility as so often happens. She tried very hard but after some time had passed and much thoughtful consideration she has decided it is best that we find a home for them with someone who can dedicate the time and attention that they need. (read more) He hasn’t gotten the attention he requires so I think he is a bit depressed and may need a gentle hand in the beginning but I believe he will transition beautifully and be thankful to be with someone who can let him live a full and happy little birdie life. His two parakeet buddies are bonded and live with him currently but they stick to themselves so the parakeets could be separated from the cockatiel I believe as long as Monkey is getting his needs fulfilled. He comes with the cage he lives in which is a two story wooden cage about two years old and still in decent shape. Only serious inquiries please and We will be somewhat discerning when it comes to adopting him out bc he is a special bird who deserves the best.
