The one pictured is banded is a female cinnamon turquoise banded PG-VA-71, and they will be ready to go around the end of March. I harness train my babies so you can see/hold/play with them prior to taking them home and I FaceTime for serious inquiries. Green Cheeks make great family pets, are good with kids, and are easy first birds. They're very affectionate, bond closely with their family, and will entertain you for hours hanging upside down, rolling over, and acting silly. They also can learn to talk and even say phrases like "hey baby!" and "I love you!". Like all conures, sometimes they can get a little too playful and decide to see if you're edible with little nips. They are a 25+ year investment so if you are purchasing as a pet primarily for your child please plan to bond with and take care of them after the kids head off to college dorms. I put a lot of time, effort, and money into my babies and reserve the right not to sell if I don't think they will be well cared for or end up rehomed.
Local pickup in Gainesville Virginia is preferred or we can connect you with our ground transport driver for a quote on delivery. We do not ship anymore, there are too many issues with Delta lately and we do not want to risk our babies welfare.

We take great care in selecting and maintaining the best breeding pairs by holding back our biggest and brightest babies and sourcing any new birds from only fellow reputable and ethical breeders. Our adults and babies alike are provided with optimal living conditions through enrichment, avian lighting systems to mimic their natural photoperiod, and nutrition to ensure their well-being and reproductive success.
We maintain a strict hygiene regime and employ the use of high-powered exhaust fans and HEPA-filtered air purifiers as well as maintain an isolated quarantine room on an HVAC system separate from our flock for the occasional new bird to enter our program. All of our breeders have been tested clear of common avian diseases and we look to our local avian veterinarian, Pender Exotics, to ensure we are adhering to the latest standards in avian husbandry.
We also offer ongoing support to ensure the long-term health and happiness of your new feathered friend, including recommendations on supplies, diet, and behavior. Our babies' success in their new homes is of the utmost importance and we are happy to share our knowledge to assist with any roadblocks or questions that may come up along the way.
