We are owners of 2 beautiful 1.5 year old (19 months) caiques looking for a new home. My wife and I both work long hours and simply don’t have the time to give them the attention needed. They are bonded and VERY dependent on each other. They need someone who has patience as well as time as they have been difficult to train due to the fact they are a bonded pair. They will get on your finger but don’t like to be held or touched much. They are adorable though and we have had this ad up several times as it’s been difficult for us to let go of our babies.... (read more) It’s unfair to the birds to hold on though when we just don’t have the time to give them the attention they need. They can also be pretty yappy which is a problem for us since we live in a townhome with neighbors close enough to hear. Never had a complaint but it’s just stressful knowing they could be annoying for our neighbors. 1400$ for both. Also have a very large, beautiful black acrylic cage with storage base available as well. 2250 total for cage and birds! This cage is beautiful. I paid 2500 for this cage earlier in the year and the birds LOVE it!! Will send a pic and receipt upon request.
