Baby male Blue Front Amazon. hatch july 2023. This baby was one of two blue front amazon babies and 2 of many baby parrots hatched that we had decided to keep for future breeders. We normally hatch and handfeed from day one, but this time, We let the parents feed the babies for over 5 weeks before we took them for handfeeding. This was done so that the babies would not be as socialized as we wanted them for future amazon breeders. Also Mike was the only care taker so that the birds would not be socialized to others.... (read more) However by sept 2023 we had decided not expand any parrot breeding programs and also we was going to downsize our entire 20 acre breeding farm.
