Beautiful baby lutino cockatiel 2 months old. Hand fed. tame but shy. Little flighty. Wings are clipped. Very active and playful. NO DNA PAPER. . I don’t know the gender yet. $130. No cage . No shipping. Willing to meet for a reasonable distance
