He is 3 years old the previous owner put a toy in his cage that wrapped around his fingers and cut off circulation they had to amputate the end of his toes so he has not talons. He is a project he is hand scared because of his feet. He could not be a breeder either. He come with his cage and flat perches. No shipping.
