9-10 weeks old now. Beautiful with lots of pink. Gender unknown. Eating Magnolia Farms small hookbill and parakeet seed, spray millet. Very sweet. Good flier, wings clipped. Oso Have Baby, unrelated , in separate ad and on S an diego CL.
Known as an adorable, gentle, and good-natured species, Bourke's parakeets make good pets when hand-fed as babies, which allows them to bond with their human caretakers.
These are intelligent birds but are also mellow and quiet, especially compared to other parrot species.... (read more)
