He is not tamed, is not aggressive, does not bite, 2-3 years old, very talkative he needs a loving home that is willing to give time into his needs. He is a scared bird due to past households, I’ve had him as a rescue from my family a couple months back, he was dna tested and is a male, has yet to form his ring. We can negotiate the price.
