Serious experienced owners only need respond: Rascal a.k.a bird is approximately a 19 year old Congo African grey parrot. I am currently the second owner of this guy and due to unfortunate life circumstances I can no longer give him the attention, love and care he deserves. He enjoys being talked to and awknoledged and loves hanging out on the top of his cage. His wings have been clipped so although sometimes he feels he can fly that is not the case.... (read more) He’s timid and shy at first and tends to gravitate more towards males than females. He was not handled much by his first owner but is making progress on that aspect each day. He does talk and mimics many sounds that he hears such as the dogs squeaky toys, the answering machine, my voice and a few select words (his vocabulary is clean). He enjoys polka music and is just in need of someone with the time to give him the attention and life he deserves. Please serious and experienced inquiries only as it’s hard enough making this decision. Only want to see him go somewhere he’s loved and attended to like he deserves.
