"LEMON DROP" hatched on March 9, 2024, and has been hand held, fed and loved so much! [ **PLEASE message me for more photos. She is very affectionate, cuddly, curious about everything... and loves to play all of the time. She will be a great companion. She is completely weaned from her baby bird formula and enjoys eating a variety of greens, veggies, fruits, seeds, pellets and more. She will try just about any food she is given! She is sweet and gentle and very friendly.... (read more) She loves keeping me company wherever I am in my house, or just hanging out with me to watch tv. Her jingle toys and climbing Gymboree keeps her happy and amused. She is not cage confined except at bedtime or when I am not home. Her and her two sibling brothers are great companions.
She will certainly become a lifelong friend to a loving family!
Please know, I will not just agree to an adoption for any of my babies unless I am 100% confident that I have made the right choice for my baby. These are not just birds, to me, they actually are my babies... and to be honest, some of the babies that I have raised over the years don't even realize that they are birds.
I will need to know, in much detail, all about whom it is that I hand over a baby to so If you'd like to tell me about yourself, ex: your home type, family members, other pets in the home, experience raising Cockatiels, the type of cage you would provide, the number of hours she be alone during the day... etc... any pertinent information that you think would be helpful for me to get to know you. I put my heart into my babies and become quite attached to them all individually. Each have a distinct personality and I am very persistent in placing the right baby with the right family. I screen all who wish to take on a baby so I am 100% assured that the connection is perfect. I keep in touch with the families of my babies and am always available for any questions or guidance.
