I have a beautiful 4 year old Quaker Parrot who needs to be rehomed. We recently relocated to Tennessee and he is illegal to own here. He is partial to women. He will let me put my hand in his cage to get him. He steps up, gives kisses and talks. He will fly to me. I have had him since he was a baby. I say he because he has never laid an egg but he could be a she. He does not like men, although my son-in-law was able to bond with him when we stayed with them for 4 weeks. He will come with a parrot sized cage and all his toys
