This handsome boy is a Turquoise Green Cheek Conure hatched April 2 2025! He’s the son of Jax (Turquoise split Cinnamon) and Sophie (Turquoise). He’s being hand-raised to be a friendly and well-socialized companion.
Turquoise Green Cheeks have a dark blue body mixed with green dark feet black beak and typically are larger than other Green Cheek mutations.... (read more) The Turquoise mutation reduces green pigment giving them their signature blue shades.
Green Cheek Conures are affectionate clever birds that thrive with interaction and are known for being quieter than larger conures.
He is expected to be fully weaned and ready around May 27 2025 (8 weeks old). He will be eating a healthy diet of pellets veggies and fruits before going home.
Pickup available in Gainesville VA or ground transport can be arranged through a trusted transporter at $1 per mile (one-way).

We take great care in selecting and maintaining the best breeding pairs by holding back our biggest and brightest babies and sourcing any new birds from only fellow reputable and ethical breeders. Our adults and babies alike are provided with optimal living conditions through enrichment, avian lighting systems to mimic their natural photoperiod, and nutrition to ensure their well-being and reproductive success.
We maintain a strict hygiene regime and employ the use of high-powered exhaust fans and HEPA-filtered air purifiers as well as maintain an isolated quarantine room on an HVAC system separate from our flock for the occasional new bird to enter our program. All of our breeders have been tested clear of common avian diseases and we look to our local avian veterinarian, Pender Exotics, to ensure we are adhering to the latest standards in avian husbandry.
We also offer ongoing support to ensure the long-term health and happiness of your new feathered friend, including recommendations on supplies, diet, and behavior. Our babies' success in their new homes is of the utmost importance and we are happy to share our knowledge to assist with any roadblocks or questions that may come up along the way.
