Respiratory issues and my age have me needing to rehome my male Rose Breasted Cockatoo / Galah named Ceasar.
He will require an experienced handler as he can be a handful!
He came to me the full blown version of the ANGRY BIRD!! I have won his trust but sadly my thin skin isn't allowing me to trust him. He does not know how to use his beak gently -- even climbing is more of a bite for my thin skin than a gentle gripping. For me, towels are a must to cover my hands as a precaution as even the talons can tear my skin (one of the joys of aging!... (read more) ) He is fully flighted and handled daily in the mornings and evenings as he sleeps in a smaller cage upstairs. He loves me preening his head every morning. I do need to trim toenails for which he is toweled enabling me to do this task as needed. Two cages, travel cage, and various supplies come with him.

He is approximately 20 yrs young and needs to find his special human to give him the attention he deserves. He talks a bit and I'm sure could easily learn more words / phrases. I know with the right person he can be a wonderful companion. Rehoming fee is negotiable.
