Meet Barry! He is a STUNNING normal sky blue English Budgie! He’s a large, showy PROVEN adult male with bold markings and a calm presence. He is an English so he is larger in size with longer fluffier feathers than your average budgie. He is closed banded through The American Budgerigar Society. He is NOT hand tame but he sounds like he is starting to form words!
