I am rehoming my Baby Blue Quaker Parrot. I have three ready for loving homes. two are males and one is a female. All were handfed. I am asking a rehoming fee of $320, but am negotiable if they go to a good home. Feel free to ask any questions. The picture shows Rio! All three are 9 weeks old.
