hand fed Super sweet Unsexed Just weaned Baby Toucans
We may sex them which I hate doing because it breaks the trust having to restrain them for a drop of blood from a toenail to send in for DNA sexing. We use IQBirdTesting in Florida. they mob me when i enter the flight. Super into humans. They think they are human.
Can be seen in person at OFFICE location in North San Diego County by appointment. We also have more toucans on eggs and freshly hatched babies as of 7/21/25
Weaned Babies are on and unlimited supply of Fresh ripe sweet Papaya, Apple, Peach, Blueberries, Mango and soaked low iron pellets

Toucans are very prolific breeders "if" all their proper husbandry needs are supplied.
We have gotten up to six clutches of 4 eggs in single breeding season many times. Crazy right ?
We give the adult pairs at least a 5 month break from breeding.
The adults always look great, no expense spared to feed them properly..
