Description- The Medium Sulphur Crested Cockatoo (Cacatua galerita eleonora), also known as the Eleonora cockatoo, is a subspecies of the larger sulphur-crested cockatoo, native to the Aru Islands of Indonesia. Slightly smaller and less robust than its Australian counterpart, it typically measures around 44 cm (17 inches) in length and is distinguished by its elegant, curved yellow crest and white plumage with a slight yellow tinge under the wings and tail.... (read more) As a species, these cockatoos are highly intelligent, social, and long-lived, often forming strong bonds within flocks in the wild and displaying complex vocalizations and behaviors. When kept as pets, medium sulphur-crested cockatoos are affectionate and expressive companions, known for their playful nature and ability to mimic sounds and words. However, they require significant attention, mental stimulation, and social interaction, as they can become bored or develop behavioral issues like feather plucking if neglected. Their high energy levels, loud calls, and need for engagement make them better suited for experienced bird owners who can dedicate time and care to meet their complex needs.

Reservation- In order to reserve your baby we require a 30% deposit of the total price (e.g.) If the total cost is $5500 you will need to place a $1,650 deposit which will go to towards your payment as well. Once the baby is fully weaned and ready for your home the rest of the payment will be due. Weekly updates of your baby will be provided videos, pictures, and video calls.



Testing- We take pride in maintaining a disease free and clean nursery, all of our baby’s are tested periodically as well as the day they are reserved. Our guarantee is that you will receive a fully healthy and disease free baby bird, in addition we include DNA Certification with the purchase. (All the paper work listed above will be provided at the time of pick up)



Pick-up/Shipping Accommodations-

We are an Online Shop based out of South Florida, for the locals or individuals willing to drive to us we can arrange for local pick up. However, if you are unable to meet locally don’t worry we do offer shipping services via Delta Cargo. Shipping rates typically range from $225-250 and must be paid for in advance. Your baby would arrive at your nearest airport in a same day flight.
