Pearl pied hand tame cockatiel about a year old . Suspected male , you should know sooner than later because if he’s a male his pearls will be replaced with solid feathers . This bird is extremely pet/ scratch driven , loves children , snacks , and to just be on your shoulder . DNA testing can be done on request and with a deposit. Pickup in Peoria . Text only
